The world undergoes a rapid change, so do the expectations of new generations. In Yıldız Holding, we realize many projects to help employment and development of young talents, and meet their expectations.
Within the framework of our approach “Investing in People”, we really put great emphasis on attracting young talents, having them under the roof of Yıldız Holding and providing them a healthy and responsive work environment supported by digital resources. In this context, we are launching many programs and are creating new opportunities to work with new talents.
With Yıldız Holding JOB Young Talent program that has been going on for over 10 years, we enable young talents to participate in internship programs under the roof of Yıldız Holding and gain work experience. We employ some of those who successfully complete the internship program in Yıldız Holding or in our affiliates offering fresh university graduates a valuable career opportunity.
With the DataJOB program, which focuses on developing digital skills of new talents that will create our potential workforce, we provide training to fresh university graduates in numerous fields such as data science, statistics, deep learning. Every year, thousands of people apply for this program and we employ the participants who successfully complete these trainings, as data scientists.
Every year, we organize bizz@kampüs competition for university students, and we invite students with creative minds to create marketing campaigns for various brands of Yıldız Holding. In addition to various awards presented, the members of winning teams have internship opportunities in Yıldız Holding.
In other words, in line with our motto “Be A Star and Shine”, we enable new talents to start their careers, develop and shine like a star in Yıldız Holding!
